So I finished the first edit of 'Purpose'. It was mainly a once over while taking notes and making sure that most of the manuscript works in it's given state.

Now comes the next part, where I take all those notes I have made and re-read and edit it once more. After that hopefully she will be ready to send to the writers guild for some feedback and then figure out how to get it out to the world in the best way.

On the reading front, I have been reading 'Light in August' by William Faulkner. It's really good so far. The guys prose and blending of the vocabulary of the characters is fantastic so far. I am only about fifty to sixty pages in but very excited for that.

On other news. There is a book and author event at my local library tomorrow so I need to go check that out. Seriously guys support your local library they give so much to the community they serve.

Alright well that's it for this blog post, need to go cook some food and make a cocktail.

Peace and love, be kind to everyone internet dudes.
