Sorry James Joyce, I tried, I really did.

On the writing front, I have been making some nice progress on Do you still love her?. It's an absolute beast to write. I am writing everything like totally out of order, and it's wild, but also insanely fun.

On the reading front, as you might inquire from the title. I have put down Ulysses after like 350 pages. It just was not doing anything for me at this moment in my life. The first 150ish pages or so, I was trying to find something in it, and finding some stuff to chew on. However, when the last like 100 pages are an absolute slog to read, you know it's time to set it down. Sorry, not sorry, James Joyce, I tried.

Up next, I think I am going to read Station Eleven. After writing that short story in an apocalypse, I am looking forward to this one. I loved the TV show and am really looking forward to the read.

I finally watched the Project Hail Mary movie. Man, that was a great adaptation. Just a great adaptation. When I finished it, there was not much I would have changed. I still prefer the audiobook, but the movie is fantastic. Check it out for sure.

Well, that's it for me today. I am off work till Tuesday, so I am going to enjoy some time off. Peace and love, and be kind to each other.
